Fall 2026 Fashion Trends:
Top Picks from our Design VPs
Laid-back mornings and beach bonfires, sailgating and Friday night tiki lights… that’s autumn on the island; the spirit that shaped our Fall 2026 collection. Inspired by the golden hues and seaside charm of the West Coast, our latest line is beachy and sun-drenched, textured and rich in color—never heavy, never overdone.
We sat down with our VPs of design to break down what’s trending this season, and why we love it.
Women’s Top 3 Fall Trends
According to Julie Snow, Senior Vice President of Women’s Design
1. PRINTED DENIM
Denim gets a playful update this fall, with novelty prints that do the talking. Keep it easy with a simple top or a cozy layer, or go for a full head-to-toe look with a matching jacket.
“Print is in our DNA, so we went all in on jeans with a jacquard hibiscus print developed by our in-house artists,” Julie says.
2. ARTISANAL DETAILS
The details are the destination this season. Delicate embroidery, feminine lace, and luxurious sweater yarns and stitching turn everyday layers into pieces worth building an outfit—and wardrobe—around.
“We have a team of fine artists that develop motifs which our designers turn into prints and fine detailed embroidery, down to every stitch you see,” explains Julie. “We put a tremendous amount of print and craftmanship into this season—it’s at the heart of what we do.”
This season’s must-have piece? A gorgeous goat suede jacket with blanket stitching details. According to Julie, “It’s soft and supple—a great piece for holiday gifting.”
3. COZY LAYERS
As temperatures cool, cozy takes the lead—but never without character. Look for sun-washed textures and unexpected charm, like a fleece rendered in elevated florals that’s as comfortable as it is collectible.
Also of-the-moment, yet always timeless: corduroy. Trade traditional cords that blend into the crowd for one in sunbaked hues and plaids that look like flannel but feel like luxurious corduroy.
Men’s Top 3 Fall Trends
According to Dawn Brandl, Senior Vice President of Men's Design
1. TEXTURED ESSENTIALS
His fall staples get upgraded in new fabrics, colors, and textures this season. The Coastline Corduroy is a design-team favorite—hands down one of the softest cords on the market. This season, it returns with a fresh pucker texture, finished with palm-frond buttons for the signature Tommy Bahama touch.
“It’s a textural, dimensional yarn-dyed cord that is fresh and new, and pairs well with denim and our Boracay® chinos,” says Dawn.
2. ARTISANAL CRAFT
Some pieces earn a permanent spot in his rotation. This season’s camp shirts are made with hand-loomed patterns and rich, dimensional detail—the kind of craftsmanship that turns an everyday layer into one he’ll wear for years to come.
“Our design team creates each pattern and weave in-house, resulting in distinctive pieces that feel both authentic and original,” explains Dawn.
Our jacquard knit Baja Hoodies are another fall favorite, made for après-beach moments and nights around the bonfire.
3. FOUNDATIONAL DENIM
Fall’s defining denim feels as good as it looks. We’re loving the Island Sands Jean, crafted with cotton and a hint of spandex for the softness we’re known for. Featuring our comfort-stretch waistband and straight-leg styling, the Island Sands fits over boots and takes color beautifully.
