Still looking good
We're had the 100-qt. Rolling Cooler for over a year now with only one small problem, but it's new puppy related. We do keep it in our covered patio area, that has easy access to the backyard and covered when not being used. Now for the small problem, we need a drain plug.

Cooler breaking similar to other reviews
I love this cooler, but it has begun chipping at the edges like many other folks seem to have experienced. Would love it if someone could contact me about it, perhaps to order replacement parts.

Have 1 Concern
I purchased my Tommy Bahama rolling cooler at Costco. I use it on my covered patio. The stainless steel exterior cleans up well with Bar Keepers Friend, as does the rolling steel base and wicker bakset. Everything is holding up well--EXCEPT of the outer white exposed rim of the ice chest! The white plastic has failed everywhere along the outer rim. I feel like a child is going to get hurt on the rough edge where the plastic broke away.

can customer service send replacement parts?
hard to find replacement parts. have some stains on cooler i cant remove. I need a drain plus and door hinges cant find anywhere.

This does not meet all day comfort
This cooler became corroded within 2 months. I have it under a covered patio and it has never gotten wet. It looks disgusting. Wish I had never spent my money.
