Rated 2 out of 5 by lagieski from love the boracay shorts ..........but I love the Borocay shorts I have bought at least 10 pair over the last 5 years .They say wash in cold water and no dryer inorder to keep the one inch elastic band at the bottom on shorts from curling up....which if it does looks like a petty coat ruffle. I have been super dilegent to adhere the washing instructdions but almost all of them are unwearable with the bottom ruffles and thats not right for a $110.00 pair of shorts. I recently bought a white pair and after one wash the band started curling up. When I returned them to the TB shop they told me they would not replace them so now I have over 500.00 or shorts cannodt wear.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Afan from Hem on men's shorts wrinkles after washing We are a fan of Tommy Bahama clothing. Great style and quality.... until ....the problem with my husband's favorite shorts. The hems on 4 pair of shorts wrinkle to the point where he decided he can't wear them anymore. Believe me, I tried everything to make the hems lay flat. One pair was purchased just a month or so ago. I reached out to customer service who offered to reimburse for the pair he recently purchased, however, it appears from things I've read online, this is a problem that has been reported by others yet not yet taken care of. I expect more from TB. Please fix the problem because these were his favorites. PS. Tried to add a picture, however, not allowed. BTW...the customer service representative was lovely and helpful.

I would assume it was a defective zipper, and when I contacted customer service, I was only offered a 15% discount applied to a future purchase, as I didn't have my receipt and I had purchased them more than a year ago. This won't stop me from buying more, I just expected more...

Rated 1 out of 5 by Kevl from Bring back the original style! The "new", redesigned style has ruined the Boracay shorts. The longest 9" inseam isn't ideal for my 6' 3" height. Also, the updated waistband is not comfortable and unnecessary. I have 10+ pairs of the old style and will not be buying anymore of the updated version. Bring back the original.
