I bought Medium. I am a 34DD but a size 2-4 on the bottom. Fit was perfect, loose around the waste, perfect fit on top. I wore it at a 96 degree outdoor event and it felt very comfortable and kept its shape. I am 5 foot + 1 inch and it is knee length for me, my perfect dress length being short. Thumbs up
