Because the model in the video is tall, the flare hits at a strange spot. It should be much lower to the foot. It fits me perfectly. I'm 5 foot three, approximately 110 pounds. Size 4. I tried it on in store. It is far sexier and can be dressed up – what I mean by that is I'm not gonna wear a simple T-shirt with it. I'm going to wear a white billowy-sleeved top . And gorgeous accessories. Can't wait to wear this! Whoever designed these did a wonderful job. I just wish that they were marketed a little better here on the website..
