Great idea and very good quality except the zippers on the sides that enable the bag to become the duffel shape are too tight and awkward. Still trying to make this work smoothly.

Zip and Lock hardware
I understand that there have been people that did not understand the zipper system. The zippers kept coming open for them . But ....... in fact the zippers all lock into other zippers ! Very secure yet streamline. Perfect for my horse show outfit and all the small stuff that I need. This will be used for 20 years !
